I started building on the Microsoft CRM platform when version 1.0 shipped — that's 24+ years and every generation of the product. From on-premise CRM through Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, I've architected solutions for hundreds of organizations: Federal Government agencies, Fortune 500 enterprises, mid-market manufacturers, and startups building their first sales workflows.
I founded xRM Studio because I saw too many partners failing their customers. Not because the technology was wrong, but because the teams building them didn't take the time to perform proper discovery and the developers were too junior to handle real architecture. Every engagement with xRM Studio gets a Senior Architect. We write code daily in C#, TypeScript, PowerFx, and YAML Flow.
Today our team spans the Washington, DC Metro area and Santo Domingo, DR — all Eastern timezone, all working in real-time. We've expanded into AI implementations, complex integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and API development.
